We are proud to announce the successful completion of our latest project—a modern block of eight assisted living apartments, purpose-built to support independent living within a safe and supportive environment. Designed to meet the specific needs of the health sector, this development has been expertly constructed to a high standard and is now ready for handover.

Our involvement began with full design and planning services, ensuring every aspect of the development met the highest standards of functionality, accessibility, and comfort. The project commenced in May 2024, following the demolition of existing structures on the site. This allowed us to start with a clean slate and create a purpose-designed facility tailored to modern healthcare requirements.

Throughout the build, we maintained a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver a facility that is not only functional but also welcoming and sustainable. The apartments have been carefully designed to promote independence, while incorporating features that support the needs of residents and care providers alike.

Construction was completed in March 2025, on schedule and to specification, marking another successful delivery for our team. The building is now ready for occupation and will play a valuable role in supporting the local health infrastructure by providing much-needed, high-quality assisted living accommodation.
